摘要
产业数字化的快速发展对工业工程技术人才培养提出了新要求.文章通过分析产业数字化背景下工业工程技术人才培养定位和专业课程设置现状,提出了产业数字化背景下工业工程技术专业课程体系重构策略,即引进数字化和智能化新兴课程,构建基于"1+X"的书证融通课程体系,优化重组课程内容和建立课程更新创新机制,以培养适应产业数字化发展需要的复合型技术技能人才.
Abstract
The rapid development of industrial digitization has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of industrial engineering and technical talents.The article analyzes the positioning of industrial engineering technology talent cultivation and the current situation of professional curriculum design under the background of industrial digitization,and proposes a strategy for reconstructing the curriculum system of industrial engineering technology under the background of industrial digitization,which is to introduce digital and intelligent emerging courses,construct a"1+X"based documentary integration curriculum system,optimize and restructure course content,and establish a mechanism for curriculum updating and innovation,in order to cultivate composite technical and skilled talents that meet the needs of industrial digitalization development.
