就业导向下高职市政工程类专业教学改革策略研究

摘要
职业教育是我国教育体系中的重要组成部分,在"大众创业、万众创新"背景下,基于就业导向的职业教育教学改革至关重要.但是,当前的职业教育改革仍存在学校忽视就业导向、教师在指导上缺乏个性化,以及学生对专业知识缺乏深入理解等问题.基于此,文章就高职市政工程类专业教学,提出了转变教学理念、加强就业指导,以及开展专业建设等职业教育教学改革的推进策略,旨在满足社会发展需求,实现学生高质量就业的最终目的.
Abstract
Vocational education is an important component of China's education system,and in the context of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",employment oriented vocational education teaching reform is crucial.However,the current vocational education reform still faces problems such as schools neglecting employment orientation,teachers lacking personalized guidance,and students lacking in-depth understanding of professional knowledge.Based on this,the article proposes strategies for promoting vocational education and teaching reform,such as changing teaching concepts,strengthening employment guidance,and carrying out professional construction,in order to meet the needs of social development and achieve the ultimate goal of high-quality employment for students.
