摘要
"生态环境犯罪理论与实务"是面向公安学类专业三年级开设的一门专业核心课程,也是学校重点培育和打造的一门特色课程.然而长期存在的回溯性学习方式、课堂参与度低、被动式学习等教学"痛点"问题严重制约了学生综合能力的提升.针对上述问题,通过思路创新、模式创新、教学目标创新、教学内容创新、课程思政创新等方式进行教学改革,秉承以"学生为中心""实战需求为导向"的教学理念,将现代信息技术与教学深度融合,经持续改进,不断完善,最终建成以实战为核心,案例为基础,线上自主学习掌握基本理论,线下案例讨论实战思维,执法实训提升岗位胜任力,"线上+线下+实战"三位一体的教学新模式.
Abstract
"Ecological Environment Crime Theory and Practice"is a core professional course designed for third year students majoring in public security.It is also a characteristic course that the school focuses on cultivating and creating.However,the long-standing teaching pain points such as retrospective learning methods,low classroom participation,and passive learning seriously restrict the improvement of students'comprehensive abilities.In response to the above issues,teaching reform will be carried out through innovative ideas,models,teaching objectives,teaching content,and curriculum ideological and political education.Adhering to the teaching philosophy of"student-centered"and"practical needs oriented",modern information technology will be deeply integrated with teaching.Through continuous improvement and continuous improvement,a new teaching model will be built with practical experience as the core,case based,online self-directed learning to master basic theories,offline case discussion of practical thinking,law enforcement training to enhance job competence,and the integration of"online+offline+practical experience".
