A Feasibility Study of Metadiscourse in the Teaching of Close Reading in CET-4
This study aims to explore the feasibility of metadiscourse in the teaching of close reading in CET-4.Through in-depth analysis of metadiscourse theory and combining it with the actual teaching situation of close reading in CET-4,this paper proposes a teaching strategy based on metadiscourse and verifies its effectiveness through empirical research.The results of the study show that the application of metadiscourse can improve students'reading comprehension ability and provide a new perspective for reading teaching of CET-4.
