The Application of TBL Combined with CBL Network Teaching Mode in Neurology Teaching
To explore the application of online teaching combined with case-based learning(CBL)and team based learning(TBL)in medical undergraduate teaching,this study selected 145 medical undergraduate students from People's Hospital of Wuhan University as research subjects,randomly divided into a control group of 74 and an experimental group of 71.The control group received conventional CBL online teaching,while the experimental group received CBL combined with TBL online teaching.The theoretical assessment scores,case analysis abilities,and teaching satisfaction questionnaire survey results of the two groups were statistically analyzed.The results showed that the CBL combined with TBL network teaching group had higher abilities in analyzing neurological cases and applying knowledge,as well as higher satisfaction with teaching.This teaching model can enhance the enthusiasm and knowledge consolidation ability of medical undergraduate students in learning neurology,and is an effective clinical teaching model with further research and promotion value.
