摘要

院级教学督导体系是高校教学督导体系的重要组成部分,可有效提高和保障教学质量.文章以北京科技大学数理学院为例,总结了新型院级教学督导体系的制度建立、队伍建设、内容特点和工作成效.新型院级教学督导体系为稳定教学秩序、提高教学质量、提升人才培养质量、完善青年教师培育模式作出了重要贡献,为进一步完善高校院级教学督导体系提供了指导意义.

Abstract

The college level teaching supervision system is an important part of the whole teaching supervision system in the universities.It can effectively improve and guarantee the teaching quality.Taking the School of Mathematics and Physics in University of Science and Technology Beijing as an example,this paper summarizes the institution establishment,team construction,content characteristics and work results of the new college level teaching supervision system.The new college level teaching supervision system makes an important contribution to stabilizing the teaching order,improving the teaching quality,promoting the quality of talent training,and completing the training mode of young teachers,and provides a guiding significance for further improving the college level teaching supervision system of the universities.
