摘要

目的:构建高职院校临床实践基地护理教学质量评价方案.方法:基于文献回顾、现场访谈和专家函询等方法提取临床实践基地护理教学质量评价要素,应用层次分析法和平均分配法,量化分析胜任力的维度、条目及各级评价指标,确定各级指标权重.结果:纳入14名函询专家,经过2轮专家函询,最终构建涵盖一级指标共计3项、二级指标共计21项、三级指标共计45项的高职院校临床实践基地护理教学质量评价方案内容.结论:科学的高职院校临床实践基地护理教学质量评价指标体系能为临床实践基地开展教学质量评价提供理论依据,具有理论和实践意义.

Abstract

Object To construct the evaluation scheme of nursing teaching quality in clinical practice base of higher vocational colleges.Methods Based on the methods of literature review,field interview and expert consultation,the evaluation factors of nursing teaching quality in clinical practice base were extracted.The dimensions,items and evaluation indexes of competency were quantitatively analyzed by analytic hierarchy process and average distribution method,and the weights of indexes at all levels were determined.Results Fourteen experts were included in the consultation.After two rounds of expert consultation,the nursing teaching quality evaluation program of clinical practice base in higher vocational colleges covering a total of 3 first-level indicators,21 second-level indicators and 45 third-level indicators was finally constructed.Conclusions The construction of scientific evaluation index system of nursing teaching quality in clinical practice base of higher vocational colleges can provide theoretical basis for the evaluation of teaching quality in clinical practice base,which has theoretical and practical significance.
