教育强国背景下地方本科高校学科专业一体化建设探索

建设教育强国,离不开地方本科高校的高质量发展。学科建设与专业建设是高校发展的两个重点,推动学科专业一体化建设,有利于促进地方本科高校特色发展、提高资源利用率、提升人才培养质量、教学与科研互融。当前,地方本科高校普遍存在学科建设与专业建设相分离的现象,主要体现在缺乏协同理念、学科对专业支撑不足、评价导向不一致,地方高校需在发展理念、管理机制、人才培养模式和获取资源能力等方面推进学科专业一体化协同发展。对此,文章针对地方本科高校学科、专业建设中存在的困境,提出了加强学科专业一体化建设的具体措施。
Research on the Integrated Construction of Disciplines and Majors in Local Universities under the Background of Building a Strong Education Country
Building an education powerhouse cannot be achieved without the high-quality development of local universities.Discipline construction and professional construction are two key areas for the development of universities.Promoting the integration of disciplines and majors is conducive to promoting the development of local university characteristics,improving resource utilization,enhancing the quality of talent cultivation,and integrating teaching and research.At present,there is a common phenomenon of separation between disciplinary and professional construction in local universities,mainly reflected in the lack of collaborative concepts,insufficient disciplinary support for majors,and inconsistent evaluation guidance.It is necessary to promote the integrated and collaborative development of disciplines and majors in terms of development concepts,management mechanisms,talent training models,and resource acquisition capabilities.In response to the current difficulties in the construction of disciplines and majors in local universities,measures have been proposed for the integration of disciplines and majors.
