Under the background of"intelligence+",traditional teaching and research rooms are gradually declining and showing a trend of marginalization.Clarifying the operational mode of the new grassroots teaching organization is of great practical significance and value for universities to improve the development of teaching connotation and enhance the quality of undergraduate teaching.The virtual teaching and research office is a new grass-roots teaching organization evolved from the traditional teaching and research office in the era of mobile Internet.Based on this,this study proposes a series of strategies for the construction and operation of virtual teaching and research room systems,aiming to provide a systematic and intelligent operating mode guidance for universities,and promote the quality improvement and innovative development of higher education.
