A Study on the Improvement of Professional Abilities of Five Year Preschool Education Major Normal Students from the Perspective of Core Literacy
This study takes the perspective of core competencies and clarifies the importance of core competencies in the development of vocational abilities for teacher trainees.In response to the problems of theoretical knowledge and practical abilities being disconnected,lack of innovative awareness and practical abilities,and lack of diverse evaluation and feedback mechanisms in the cultivation of vocational abilities for five-year preschool education major teacher trainees,this study delves into strategies for improving their vocational abilities.The research results show that strengthening the combination of theory and practice in teaching methods,constructing a diversified evaluation system,and enhancing the practical innovation ability of teacher trainees are effective ways to enhance their professional abilities.
