Research on the Implementation Strategy of Collective Lesson Planning for Urban Rail Transit Professional Courses——Taking"Urban Rail Transit Station Equipment"as an Example
As a way of teaching improvement and teachers'professional development,collective lesson preparation can promote the communication and cooperation among teachers,solve the problems of urban rail transit teachers'high pressure of lesson preparation and poor teaching effect,and help to improve the teaching quality and effect.Aiming at the problems existing in collective lesson preparation for urban rail transit professional courses,this paper discusses the optimization measures of collective lesson preparation in detail,and introduces how to carry out practical activities of collective lesson preparation through teaching and research activities,teaching contest,skill contest,teaching resource library construction and other strategies with the course"Urban rail Transit Station Equipment"as an example.Practice shows that collective lesson preparation is beneficial to the improvement of teaching quality,the development of teachers'profession,and at the same time,it enhances teachers'sense of identity to collective lesson preparation and enriches professional teaching resources.
