Special post teachers are an important support for the development of social education,especially in the central and western regions.Comprehensive management of this group should be done well during the compulsory education stage.The article first outlines the definitions of psychological capital and turnover intention of special post teachers.Based on this,it analyzes the current situation and problems of their psychological capital and turnover intention.Finally,it explores suggestions for improving the psychological capital of special post teachers and coping methods for turnover intention,in order to enhance their job stability and enthusiasm,and provide some reference for the development of compulsory education.
