摘要

面向教育高质量发展,培养小学教师领导力是打造小学高质量教师队伍的必要举措.当前小学教师领导力发展面临的困境主要包括:领导力意识薄弱、领导知识匮乏、学科专业引领力不足、人格感召力不足及发挥领导力的空间受限等.可行的解决策略为借鉴融合国外经验,优化师范专业教育领导力课程;教师自发组建学习共同体,注重提升学科专业引领力;教师自身注重品性修养,提高人格感召力;学校管理者注重变革学校领导模式,为教师提供领导力发挥空间.

Abstract

Developing towards high-quality education and cultivating the leadership of primary school teachers is a necessary measure to build a high-quality teaching team in primary schools.The current challenges faced by primary school teachers in the development of leadership include weak leadership awareness,lack of leadership knowledge,insufficient disciplinary and professional leadership,insufficient personal charisma,and limited space for exerting leadership.A feasible solution strategy is to learn from and integrate foreign experiences,and optimize the leadership courses in teacher education;Teachers spontaneously form a learning community,emphasizing the enhancement of disciplinary and professional leadership;Teachers themselves pay attention to character cultivation and improve their personal charisma;School administrators focus on changing the leadership model of the school and providing space for teachers to exercise their leadership skills.
