Dilemma and Strategy:Ideal and Belief Education of Government-funded Normal Students under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy
Publicly-funded teacher trainees are the main force and pioneers in the revitalization of rural education,undertaking the task of spreading rural culture in the new era,building a beautiful countryside in the new era,and fulfilling the historical mission of the new era.However,the weak idealism,lack of idealism education,and difficulties in practicing idealism have led to some publicly-funded teacher trainees not being able to go down,stay,or teach well.Strengthening rural teaching practice,innovating teacher education,and improving the treatment of rural teachers can help stimulate the endogenous motivation of ideal beliefs,promote the relay of ideal beliefs between teachers and students,and reduce the resistance to the realization of ideal beliefs,thus comprehensively enhancing the ideal beliefs of publicly-funded teacher trainees.
