Role model demonstration is a form of education and self-education that college students are willing to accept,and it plays a special role in their ideological and political education.Applying role models to ideological and political education in private universities is conducive to leveraging the role of implicit education in ideological and political education,enhancing the emotional experience of ideological and political education among college students,improving the affinity and effectiveness of ideological and political education,and achieving the unity of knowledge and action.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the value and significance of role model demonstration in promoting ideological and political education in private universities,combined with the problems existing in current role model demonstration education,this article proposes a path for role model demonstration to promote innovation in ideological and political education in private universities,aiming to provide new ideas for innovation in ideological and political education in private universities.
