Analysis of the Role of Maps in Cultivating Geography Reading Ability of Middle School Students
The article delves into the application strategies of maps in cultivating the geography reading ability of middle school students.Firstly,it analyzes the important role of maps in cultivating the geography reading ability of middle school students.It can help students understand geographical phenomena and spatial distribution more intuitively,deepen their understanding and memory of geography knowledge,and improve their geography reading ability.Secondly,the application ideas of maps in cultivating students'ability to read maps in junior high school geography teaching were analyzed.Finally,based on the application ideas,it was proposed that in junior high school geography teaching,teaching scenarios can be created,information technology can be used,and resources can be integrated to play the role of maps in cultivating junior high school students'ability to read maps.
