This study focuses on the analysis of factors influencing the employment intention of vocational college graduates.Through literature review,questionnaire survey,and mathematical statistics,a survey was conducted from multiple perspectives and dimensions on graduates from four vocational colleges in Qingyuan Vocational Education City,Guangdong Province.The study investigated the mechanism of the impact of factors on the employment intention of vocational college graduates.Research has found that vocational college graduates have shortcomings in employment situation,employment policies,and employment preparation.Personal factors,school factors,family factors,employment units,and social factors all have a significant impact on the employment intention of vocational college graduates.
