摘要
实践育人是共青团开展大学生思想政治引领的有效路径,志愿服务活动作为实践育人的重要内容,已成为高校培育社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的重要载体.但在开展志愿服务的过程中,高职院校普遍存在管理部门协同度不高、志愿服务活动与专业结合紧密度不强、志愿服务的宣传引领和氛围营造力度不足等问题,影响了志愿服务的开展.为此,高职院校应通过加强志愿服务的制度建设、多部门协调、党团引领、搭建志愿平台、优化培训内容、形成志愿服务品牌等举措,提升志愿服务的实践育人效果.
Abstract
Practical education is an effective path for the Communist Youth League to carry out ideological and political guidance for college students.Volunteer service activities,as an important part of practical education,have become an important carrier for universities to cultivate qualified socialist builders and reliable successors.However,in the process of carrying out volunteer services,vocational colleges generally face problems such as low coordination among management departments,weak integration between volunteer service activities and majors,and insufficient promotion and atmosphere creation of volunteer services,which have affected the development of volunteer services.Therefore,vocational colleges should enhance the practical and educational effects of volunteer service by strengthening the system construction of volunteer service,coordinating multiple departments,leading the Party and Youth League,building volunteer platforms,optimizing training content,and forming volunteer service brands.
