At present,the work of university funding and education cannot only provide economic assistance.more importantly,to achieve the"combination of academic and ability improvement"and"poverty alleviation through increasing people's confidence and helping them acquire knowledge and skills",it's essential to establish a four-in-one development-oriented funding system of state funding,school funding,social donations,and student self-help.Based on the concept of development-oriented funding education,the writer designed a development-oriented funding education project:"Academic assistance,student pairing"English gas station.Taking it as a case study,the paper proposes a"four-step"model of project-oriented funding education:making in-depth investigations based on practical difficulty;Anchoring target precisely based on what is being done;Taking students as the foundation through ability improvement and value guidance;updating concept based on new situations.
