人员总量管理视角下高职院校人才引进工作分析

随着公办高职院校人员总量管理改革的逐步深入,开展人员总量管理改革的高职院校去编制化、使用总量用人方式(员额制、聘用制、聘任制)开展人才引进工作将逐渐成为常态,在使用总量方式引进人才的过程中,高职院校也面临着人才引进难、政策保障不足和经费支持不够等问题,高职院校应通过建立完善政策,拓宽引进渠道、争取配套支持等措施,进一步做好人员总量管理背景下的引才工作。
Analysis of Talent Introduction in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Total Personnel Management
With the gradual deepening of the reform of personnel total management in public vocational colleges,it will gradually become normal for vocational colleges that carry out personnel total management reform to downsize and use the total employment method(post system,employment system,and appointment system)to carry out talent introduction work.In the process of using the total employment method to introduce talents,vocational colleges also face problems such as difficulty in talent introduction,insufficient policy support,and insufficient funding support.Vocational colleges should establish and improve policies,expand introduction channels,and strive for supporting measures to further do a good job in talent introduction work under the background of personnel total management.
