This article is based on the theory of strategic alliances and explores the issue of governance innovation mechanisms in private vocational colleges.By elaborating on the theory of strategic alliance,the necessity of innovative governance mechanisms in private vocational colleges has been further clarified.The construction and implementation strategies of strategic alliance theory in the governance of private vocational colleges have been explored,providing new ideas and methods for the governance of private vocational colleges.
