民族地区师范类高校通识选修课程教学改革路径探析

An Exploratory Analysis of the Teaching Reform Path of General Education Elective Courses in Normal Colleges and Universities in Ethnic Minority Areas

通识选修课程是高校课程体系的重要组成部分,对于提高人才培养质量具有重要的价值.文章以A师院为例,围绕其课程结构体系建设、课程开设运行、教学运行等基本情况进行数据分析,发现存在课程结构体系欠优、特色发展不明显、师资力量不足、课程结构失衡、教学质量有待提升、分类选课结果不均等问题,并针对以上问题提出优化课程结构体系、完善分类模块课程群、加强师资队伍建设、健全激励保障体制、构建校本精品课程、优化系统反馈通道等对策.
General education elective courses are important components of the curriculum system of talent training program,and are of great value in improving the quality of talent training.Taking normal college A as an example,this paper finds out such problems as suboptimal curriculum structure system,weak in characteristic education and faculty strength,unbalanced curriculum structure,unsatisfactory teaching quality,uneven results got from categorized courses selection,etc.,by conducting data analysis of the institution's basic situations in its construction of curriculum structure system,set-up and operation of curriculum,operation of teaching activities,etc.In response to the above problems,this paper proposes optimizing curriculum structure system,perfecting categorized module/course group,enhancing faculty strength,improving incentive guarantee system,constructing school-based high-quality courses,optimizing systemic feedback channel and other countermeasures.
