With the continuous development of medical and health undertakings in China,medical students have higher and higher requirements for academic qualifications in the process of job hunting and career development,medical students generally choose to pursue further study in their career planning,as a result,the proportion of medical students who prepare for further study increases year by year.Universities should grasp the characteristics of medical students in employment work and combine the ideological and political education with the employment work of medical students,focus on how to effectively improve the further study proportion of medical students and broaden employment channels,improve the current situation of non-employment medical students who prepare for further study in universities.
