问题导向学习(PBL)是一种以学生为中心、以问题为驱动的教学模式,在医学教育领域得到广泛应用。文章探讨了将PBL引入口腔医学技术人才培养的必要性和可行性,分析了 PBL在口腔医学技术教育中的应用现状,提出了基于PBL的口腔医学技术人才培养模式的构建策略,包括课程体系设计、教学方法改革、评价机制完善等,旨在提高口腔医学技术人才的综合素质和实践能力,更好地满足口腔医疗服务的需求。
Research on the Problem Based Training Model for Dental Medical Technology Talents
Problem Based Learning(PBL)is a student-centered,problem driven teaching model widely used in the field of medical education.This article explores the necessity and feasibility of introducing PBL into the cultivation of dental technology talents,analyzes the current application status of PBL in dental technology education,and proposes the construction strategy of a PBL based dental technology talent cultivation model,including curriculum system design,teaching method reform,and evaluation mechanism improvement,aiming to improve the comprehensive quality and practical ability of dental technology talents and better meet the needs of dental medical services.
