In order to fully tap into the work efficiency of vocational college counselors,improve the efficiency of student management,and encourage counselors to invest more energy in ideological and political guidance work,this article combines the actual characteristics of vocational college work and the author's experience,and analyzes the methods and strategies to improve the work efficiency of vocational college counselors from three levels:school,counselor,and student.The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for improving the work efficiency of vocational college counselors and enhancing the effectiveness of counselor education.
