This article reflects on and draws on the early achievements of the education and teaching reform of undergraduate"Labor Economics"in China.Against the background of promoting interdisciplinary integration,i t creatively incorporates"quantitative analysis of natural sciences"and"qualitative analysis of social sciences"into the teaching activities of"Labor Economics",cultivating and training students'four major financial literacy abilities,and achieving linkage and cooperation between disciplines and majors.
