With the growth of the economy,the demand for construction industry and infrastructure construction is constantly increasing,which puts forward higher requirements for the training of engineering cost professionals.Post internship is a bridge for students to bridge the gap between theory and practice,and also a link to promote the deep integration of higher education and industrial practice.Universities should strengthen the management of post intemship and continuously optimize the practical teaching mode.The article conducts in-depth research on the management mode of on-the-job internship in the engineering cost major under the background of school enterprise cooperation,analyzes the practical difficulties it faces,and proposes some optimization measures,striving to contribute to the reform and development of higher education.
