摘要
文章以科研团队融合促进研究生基层党组织建设为目标,将科研团队任务、专业知识理论及应用延伸至党建工作,深化科研和学习内容.聚焦GPR(目标、问题、效果)视域,对推行创新模式前后的数据进行对比和分析,并动态调整,构建相匹配的制度建设、组织建设、专业建设、人才建设等长效机制,协同育人、共促发展,形成持续性强、凝聚性强、复制性强、稳定性强、传承性强、自驱性强的党建育人新格局,促进基层党组织建设和党员发展同频共振.
Abstract
This article aims to promote the integration of research teams and promote the construction of grassroots Party organizations for graduate students.It extends the tasks,professional knowledge theory,and application of research teams to Party building work,deepening research and learning content.Focusing on the perspective of GPR(goals,problems,and effects),comparing and analyzing data before and after the implementation of innovative models,dynamically analyzing and adjusting,constructing long-term mechanisms such as matching institutional construction,organizational construction,professional construction,and talent construction,collaborating on education and promoting development,forming a new pattern of Party building and education with strong sustainability,cohesion,replication,stability,inheritance,and self-drive,promoting resonance between grassroots Party organization construction and Party member development.
