Research on the Cultivation and Development of Young Scientific and Technological Talents in Universities
The young scientific and technological talents in universities are an important component of the national innovation system,and their cultivation and development are of great significance for improving the national scientific and technological innovation capability.This paper discusses the current development status of young scientific and technological talents in universities and the key factors that affect their development,and from the perspectives of individuals,universities,and the government,it is proposed that talents should actively enhance their personal innovation and entrepreneurship abilities,universities should help young scientific and technological talents grow rapidly,and the government should improve policies to support young scientific and technological talents,in order to enhance the effectiveness of cultivating and developing young scientific and technological talents in universities.
