Research on the Path of Building an Application oriented University Counselor Team from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity
New quality productivity is an inherent requirement and important focus of high-quality development.Application oriented universities are important bases for cultivating applied technology talents.Application oriented university counselors are not only the main force in carrying out ideological and political education for college students,but also an important force in guiding students'comprehensive development.Strengthening the construction of the team of applied university counselors has profound significance for improving the quality of education in universities,promoting the comprehensive development of college students,and advancing the connotative development of universities.The article analyzes the current difficulties in the construction of the counselor team in applied universities,and proposes that high-quality development of the counselor team in applied universities can be promoted by strengthening top-level design,improving selection and appointment mechanisms,enhancing training and education,and improving management and assessment mechanisms.
