新时代以社会实践助推高职院校劳动教育育人是高职院校对党的教育方针的响应,是培养学生"工匠精神"的必然选择。二者融合发展过程中存在学校设计不足、学生认知不够理性、缺乏教育合力等问题。高职院校劳动教育与社会实践融合发展过程中应加强顶层设计、与专业教育相结合、构建完善的评价体系,从而推进学生综合素质的全面发展。
Exploring the Path of Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era with the Assistance of Social Practice
In the new era,promoting labor education in vocational colleges through social practice is a response to the Party's educational policy and an inevitable choice for cultivating students'craftsmanship spirit.In the process of integrating the two,there are problems such as insufficient school design,irrational student cognition,and lack of educational synergy.In the process of integrating labor education and social practice in vocational colleges,top-level design should be strengthened,combined with professional education,and a comprehensive evaluation system should be constructed to promote the comprehensive development of students.
