Research on the Reform of Pre service Training Evaluation System for Excellent Rural Primary School Teachers
In the new era,the training of general education teachers in rural primary schools faces dual requirements of"rural orientation"and"excellent training".However,the quality of training targeted normal students in local normal colleges is difficult to meet the practical requirements of rural basic education.Whether targeted normal students can"aspire to teach,root in the countryside,and achieve excellent development"still lacks scientific,effective,and personalized evaluation mechanisms to support.The evaluation of the professional competence of rural targeted teacher trainees is facing challenges such as insufficient evaluation purpose orientation,insufficient evaluation indicators with teacher characteristics,insufficient participation of evaluation subjects,and lack of intelligent evaluation methods.Normal colleges should create a new evaluation index system with teacher characteristics in the pre service training process of general subject teachers in rural primary schools,improve the comprehensive evaluation system that runs through the entire process,and improve the evaluation mechanism with diverse subject participation,so as to promote the reform and development of teacher education and provide scientific and correct guidance for rural teacher training.
