Exploration of the Application of Focus Solution Mode in Counselor Work——Taking Internet addicted students as an example
The focus solving model has clear and structured processes,steps,and techniques,and is a suitable psychological counseling technique for college students.This article applies this model to the psychological counseling of internet addicted students,and makes a preliminary attempt to combine the focus solution model with counselor work.Starting from the psychological characteristics and growth needs of college students,the focus solution model skills are reasonably applied,and the work process is divided into five stages.The work goals and content of each stage are explained in detail,and a simple and feasible psychological counseling model is constructed,which effectively compensates for the lack of professional level of counselors and is suitable for wide application in ideological and political work in universities.
