基于OBE理念的个案工作课程教学改革探索

文章以鄂尔多斯应用技术学院个案工作课程为例,在总结传统课程教学中存在的重知识目标,轻素质目标的培养、实务能力的训练,重结果考核,轻过程性考核等问题的基础上,基于OBE教育理念,从教学内容、教学方法、教学资源、教学评价等方面进行探索,将思政元素有效融入专业技能教学,充分利用线上线下各类资源,实施项目驱动教学法等多元教学法,探索实时考核评价方式,实现成果导向的人才培养目标.
Taking the case study course of Ordos Institute of Applied Technology as an example,this article summarizes the problems in traditional course teaching,such as emphasizing knowledge goals over quality goals,training practical abilities,emphasizing result assessment over process assessment.Based on the OBE education concept,it explores the effective integration of ideological and political elements into professional skills teaching,fully utilizes various online and offline resources,implements project driven teaching methods and other diversified teaching methods,explores real-time assessment and evaluation methods,and achieves the goal of outcome oriented talent cultivation.
