当代社会快节奏、高竞争的环境给学生带来学业压力、就业压力、人际关系压力等方面的心理压力,大学生心理健康问题频发,需要高校采取有效的心理育人措施帮助学生应对挑战.心理育人并非简单的问题解决,而是涉及个体心理发展、社会心理环境和教育理念等多方面的复杂系统.文章通过深入剖析其内涵,从认知、渠道、机制三个层面探索高等教育心理育人的新途径和新方法,为推动高等教育的发展,提升人才培养质量,促进社会和谐稳定作出积极贡献.
Abstract
The fast-paced and highly competitive environment of contemporary society brings psychological pressure to students,including academic pressure,employment pressure,and interpersonal relationship pressure. As a result,mental health problems among college students are frequent,and universities need to take effective psychological education measures to help students cope with challenges. Psychological education is not a simple problem solving,but a complex system involving individual psychological development,social psychological environment,and educational philosophy. By deeply analyzing its connotation,exploring new ways and methods of psychological education in higher education from the perspectives of cognition,channels,and mechanisms,we will make positive contributions to promoting the development of higher education,improving the quality of talent cultivation,and promoting social harmony and stability.
