摘要
生涯教育是高校思政教育和就业教育的重要组成部分,也是实现高质量人才培养的重要环节.生涯适应力作为近年来生涯教育研究的热点,对个体发展具有积极作用.目前,国内高校生涯教育普遍存在重就业指导轻生涯教育、重理论教学弱社会实践、组织结构功能单一等问题.对此,文章尝试从组织、课程、师资、平台、理念等维度探索如何构建以生涯适应力为导向的高校生涯教育体系.
Abstract
Career education is an important component of ideological and political education and employment education in universities,as well as a crucial link in achieving high-quality talent cultivation.Career adaptability,as a hot topic in career education research in recent years,has a positive impact on individual development.At present,there are generally problems in career education in domestic universities,such as emphasizing employment guidance over career education,emphasizing theoretical teaching over social practice,and having a single organizational structure and function.In this regard,the article attempts to explore how to construct a university career education system guided by adaptability from dimensions such as organization,curriculum,faculty,platform,and philosophy.
