Analysis of Talent Team Construction in University Libraries from the Perspective of Two Factor Theory
Talent resources are the guarantee for the development of university libraries,and the construction of talent teams is the key to the modernization of university libraries. The article analyzes the problems of unequal pay for equal work,low professional identity,and prominent structural contradictions in the construction of the talent team in the library of Guangxi University of Science and Technology. Based on the perspective of the two factor theory,four strategies are proposed:formulating a sound fair system,giving work challenges,building the integration and development of individuals and organizations,and constructing training mechanisms. These strategies provide practical reference for the construction of talent teams in university libraries.
