中外合作办学模式中跨文化适应的探索——以四川大学中德办学项目为例

近年来,我国持续关注中外合作办学的高质量发展,对于具有国际视野的新工科人才的需求日益旺盛.在教育政策和国家需求的双重推动下,中外合作办学模式中的跨文化适应教育即成了国际教育中的重要实践,学生在建立本土文化认同感的基础上,也要理解和尊重不同文化的传统和行为准则,在多元环境中增强国际胜任力.文章以四川大学中德办学项目为例,探索合作办学模式中跨文化适应的实践,通过夯实语言基础、营造文化环境、明确发展路径和加强本土文化教育等措施,以提升学生的跨文化适应能力,并构建可推广的教育路径.
In recent years,China has prioritized the high-quality growth of Chinese-foreign cooperative education to meet national demands for internationally oriented engineering talents.This educational approach is vital for fostering cross-cultural adaptation and is a key component of international education.Beyond cultivating local cultural identity,students must understand and respect diverse cultural norms,enhancing their global competence.This paper uses the Sino-German program at Sichuan University as a case study,analyzing strategies for cross-cultural adaptation like improving language skills,creating a culturally immersive environment,and emphasizing ideological and political education.The goal is to boost students'cross-cultural skills and create a model for educational success.
