Research on the Implementation of Career Development Guidance Courses in Vocational Colleges——Take Suzhou Institute of Trade & Commerce as an example
Due to the adjustment of social industrial structure,the contradiction between "difficult employment" and "labor shortage" in the labor market is becoming increasingly prominent. It is imperative to fully utilize the guiding role of career development courses and help students overcome the misconceptions of growth and development. The article conducted a questionnaire survey on career development guidance courses for 485 vocational college students at Suzhou Vocational and Technical College of Economics and Trade,and found that there are problems such as students lacking professional career planning,unmet demand for career guidance faculty,and incomplete curriculum system. To improve the teaching quality and effectiveness of career development guidance courses and help students better plan their careers,it is necessary to improve the curriculum system,strengthen practical aspects,and focus on teacher training according to the actual situation of the school.
