Application of WeChat Platform-assisted Teaching Mode in the Teaching of Cardiovascular Internal Medicine
Objective:To explore the application effect of a WeChat-based auxiliary teaching model in cardiovascular medicine clinical internships.Methods:From June 2022 to December 2023,60 clinical interns in the cardiovascular department were randomly divided into a control group(30 people)and an experimental group(30 people).Both groups used the traditional teaching model,with the experimental group additionally using WeChat group-assisted teaching.The theoretical exam scores of the two groups were compared,and a questionnaire was used to survey learning outcomes and feedback on the teaching model.Results:The experimental group scored higher than the control group in all types of questions on the theoretical exam,with a significant difference in case analysis questions(P<0.05).Students in the experimental group affirmed that this teaching model could enhance learning interest,develop clinical thinking,and increase teacher-student interaction.Conclusion:In the clinical internships of cardiovascular medicine,the WeChat-assisted teaching method can improve students'case analysis ability and overall competence.
