Clinical Teaching in the Standardized Training of Nephrology Residents Using Flipped Classroom Combined with BOPPPS Teaching Mmodel
This article selects students who received standardized residency training in the Nephrology Department of Shanghai Changzheng Hospital from January to October 2023 as the research subjects.Through the implementation of flipped classroom combined with BOPPPS teaching mode in lupus nephritis teaching cases, the comprehensive performance of the two groups of students'exit assessments is compared, and a teaching questionnaire survey is conducted to evaluate overall teaching satisfaction. We found that the comprehensive performance of the experimental group in the outpatient assessment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and was superior to the control group in terms of comprehensive learning content, thorough analysis of difficult points, improved learning efficiency, and enhanced doctor-patient communication skills(P<0.05).This suggests that the application of flipped classroom combined with BOPPPS teaching model in nephrology teaching rounds can effectively improve students'professional knowledge, abilities, and teaching satisfaction, providing a feasible reference model for clinical teaching in nephrology.
