摘要

面对数据科学与大数据技术迅猛发展的趋势,传统人才培养模式已无法完全满足行业快速变化的需求.文章提出了"一理念、二保障、三融合"的培养模式,即根据工程教育认证的OBE理念设计人才培养方案,通过学习指导手册与本科生导师制的双重保障,以及学科融合、科教融合、产教融合的助力,以培养适应未来挑战的数据科学与大数据技术人才.

Abstract

Faced with the rapid development trend of data science and big data technology,the traditional talent training model can no longer fully meet the rapidly changing needs of the industry. This paper puts forward the training mode of "one concept,two guarantees and three integration",that is,the personnel training program is designed according to the OBE concept of engineering education certification,and through the dual guarantees of learning guidance manual and undergraduate tutorial system,as well as the integration of disciplines,science and education,and the integration of industry and education,the data science and big data technology talents can be cultivated to meet the challenges of the future.
