Research on the Construction of "Dual Qualified" Teacher Team for Advanced Mathematics Courses in Vocational and Technical Universities
This study aims to explore the unique role of"double qualified"teachers in the integration of theory and practice in higher mathematics teaching in vocational and technical universities.By analyzing the connotation and characteristics of"double qualified"teachers,this paper reveals their important value in higher mathematics teaching,and proposes a series of strategies for building and cultivating a"double qualified"teaching team.These strategies aim to improve the teaching quality of higher mathematics to meet the demand for applied talents in society,further emphasizing the indispensable role of"double qualified"teachers in vocational and technical education and their important significance for future educational development.
