The goal of achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality has put forward new requirements for talent cultivation in the new era.Higher education institutions across the country have established carbon neutrality colleges or research institutes to explore how to cultivate composite senior talents related to carbon neutrality.The Carbon Neutrality College involves numerous disciplines,with relatively complex basic subject settings.In order to better meet the talent demand of the national"dual carbon plan",this paper explores the construction plan of the"Carbon Cycle and Global Change"course in the Carbon Neutrality College from the aspects of course objectives,course construction content,etc.,providing new ideas for improving teaching quality and building a talent training system related to carbon neutrality.
