Vocational colleges play an extremely important role in China's higher education system. In order to achieve high-quality employment for vocational college students,vocational colleges not only need to create unique characteristic professional groups and cultivate applied technical professionals,but also through in-depth and close cooperation between schools and enterprises,enable students to be exposed to practical work environments and tasks on campus,so as to better apply theoretical knowledge to practice and comprehensively improve students' employment quality and efficiency. The article provides a preliminary analysis of the promoting role of school enterprise cooperation in high-quality employment for vocational college students,and elaborates on the implementation path and employment guarantee mechanism,in order to provide guidance and assistance for talent cultivation and education reform in vocational colleges.
