Under the new situation,the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League has put forward new requirements for effectively strengthening the high-quality development of student organizations.The work of student organizations in higher vocational colleges is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Taking Hubei Industrial Polytechnic as an example,this article demonstrates the current situation of student club management in vocational colleges,analyze the problems in student club management in vocational colleges,including insufficient political guidance role of temporary youth league branches,insufficient emphasis on educational functions,unstable operation and development,and lack of effective guidance.Based on the ideological and political guidance,educational role,and operational development of student clubs,further suggestions for strengthening management are proposed.
