Objective:To explore the application effect of BOPPPS teaching mode in medical laboratory internship teaching.Method:Sixty interns majoring in medical laboratory technology from the Laboratory Department of Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a BOPPPS teaching group and a traditional teaching control group,with 30 students in each group.The theoretical scores,operational skills scores,and comprehensive case analysis abilities of the two groups of interns were compared,and the teaching effects of BOPPPS teaching mode and traditional teaching mode were evaluated.Result:The theoretical scores,operational skills scores,comprehensive case analysis abilities,and recognition of the BOPPPS teaching model in stimulating interns'learning interest,mastering learning content,and improving learning skills were all higher in the BOPPPS teaching group than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.The demand for BOPPPS teaching mode in the BOPPPS teaching group is higher than that in the control group,and the difference has educational significance.Conclusion:The application of BOPPPS teaching mode can help improve the teaching quality of medical laboratory internships,enhance the comprehensive abilities of interns,and is worthy of promotion and application.
