The cultivation paths of inter-disciplinary talents in ecology under the background of"Double-First class"
To further promote the construction of"Double-First Class"and improve the quality and level of talent cultivation in universities,it is urgent to establish a comprehensive talent cultivation system.The cultivation of inter-disciplinary talents in ecology is not only an inherent need for the current economic and social development as well as the development of higher education in China,but also an inevitable requirement for the construction of ecological civilization and a beautiful China.This article comprehensively analyzes the current situations of discipline construction and talent cultivation in ecology,and put forwards several suggestions for the corresponding reform approaches.We aim to make a contribution to the cultivation quality of inter-disciplinary talents on ecology,and provide theoretical references for the cultivation of inter-disciplinary talents in other majors.
