"双碳"背景下能源动力类人才培养模式研究与实践

"双碳"背景下能源动力类人才培养模式的改进不仅是能源动力类专业自身发展的需求,还是高等教育引领相关产业所需承担的社会责任和义务。文章以山东科技大学储能技术学院能源与动力工程专业为例,对双碳背景下多学科交叉融合能源动力类应用型人才培养模式开展研究和实践,以需求为导向,通过教学模式、教学方法、教学团队、评价方式的改革,在保持完整专业知识体系的基础上,加强多学科交叉融合、产教融合,产学融合、培养学生的创新意识、跨学科思维和解决实际问题的能力。
Research and Practice on the Talent Training Model of Energy and Power under the Background of"Dual Carbon"
The improvement of the talent cultivation mode for energy and power industries under the dual carbon background is not only a requirement for the development of energy and power majors themselves,but also a social responsibility and obligation that higher education needs to undertake to lead related industries.The article takes the Energy and Power Engineering major of the School of Energy Storage Technology at Shandong University of Science and Technology as an example to conduct research and practice on the interdisciplinary integration of applied talents in energy and power under the dual carbon background.Guided by demand,through reforms in teaching modes,teaching methods,teaching teams,and evaluation methods,while maintaining a complete professional knowledge system,it strengthens interdisciplinary integration,industry education integration,industry academia integration,and cultivates students'innovative consciousness,interdisciplinary thinking,and ability to solve practical problems.
