构建技能竞赛体系提升作物学类本科生的实践能力

摘要
实践教学改革是高等教育教学改革的重要内容.湖南农业大学历来重视作物学类本科生实践动手能力的培养,已经形成较为完善的实践教学体系.近年来,学校构建了包括实验技能竞赛、生产技能竞赛和科研技能竞赛在内的作物学类专业实践技能竞赛体系,经过多年实践,该竞赛体系已逐渐完善,但还存在一些问题,需要从实现竞赛体系制度化、扩大学生参与面、规范指导教师行为、基本固定评委队伍、更新生产技能竞赛内容、凝练教学改革成果等角度下功夫,以进一步凸显品牌效应,更好地发挥竞赛体系对作物学类本科生实践动手能力的提升作用.
Abstract
Practical teaching reform is important content of higher education teaching reform.Hunan Agricultural University has always attached importance to the cultivation of practical ability of crop undergraduates,and formed a relatively perfect practical teaching system.In recent years,a practical skill competition system for crop science majors,including experimental skill competition,production skill competition and scientific research skill competition,has been constructed.After years of practice,the competition system has been gradually improved,but there are still some problems.It is necessary to institutionalize the competition system,expand the participation of students,standardize the behavior of instructors,basically fix the jury team,update the content of production skills competition and concise teaching reform achievements,so as to further highlight the brand effect and give better play to the role of the competition system in improving the practical ability of crop undergraduates.
